After 20 years, dental hygiene is still her passion! Her coaching approaches are interactive, employ self-reflection, and empower an individual to visualize their strengths and truly believe that they can accomplish any challenge. Michelle radiates the phrase "there is a solution for everything". Her talents lie in the developing and implementing of effective systems for portfolio maintenance and dental hygiene departments. She has served on the Discipline Committee at Algonquin College and held the position of a CDHO Quality Assurance Assessor for 7 years. Michelle was one of the original groups of assessors when the Quality Assurance Program was first launched by CDHO! She is also proud to have joined the Fanshawe College Team as a third year dental hygiene Practice Management instructor, as well as UWO Clinical Instructor's Team.

Michelle has experience as a speaker for Dental Hygiene Society's, Dental Hygiene Study Clubs and Positive Impact DHC workshops. She has experience in conducting lectures and clinical based workshops. Her lectures and workshops have been defined as one of the most uplifting and encouraging professional development experience.
